M&A - CECO Environmental - Thermon Group Holdings

Addison, Texas-based CECO Environmental, which provides industries with air, water and energy transition solutions, and Austin, Texas-based Thermon Group Holdings, which provides industrial process heating, temperature maintenance, environmental monitoring, and temporary power distribution services, have agreed to combine in a stock and cash transaction valued at about $2.2 billion. The deal is expected to close in mid-2026.
