A leveraged loan borrower filed a US complaint accusing the controlling investors of the largest lenders to non-investment-grade US companies — equity investors in Collateralized Loan Obligations — of conspiring during the Libor-to-SOFR transition to artificially inflate interest rates that borrowers paid on their term loans, in violation of antitrust law.
