Antitrust - Artificial Intelligence - Fastcase - Alexi's antitrust litigation over access to data for AI legal research (US)

Legal publishing and research technology company Fastcase filed a US complaint against Alexi Technologies for allegedly breaching the terms of a license agreement in order to build a comprehensive commercial legal-research platform. Alexi subsequently filed antitrust counterclaims accusing Fastcase of backing out of an agreed upon deal and then filing a baseless lawsuit to cut it off from critical input require to compete as an artificial intelligence legal research provider.
