M&A - B3 - CRDC

The Brazilian competition authority is reviewing B3's acquisition of 60 percent of Central de Registros de Direitos Creditórios, or CRDC, shares currently held by São Paulo Commercial Association, or ACSP. Post-closing, ACSP will remain a minority shareholder and B3 will assume control of CRDC.
