M&A - Eli Lilly - acquisition of Ventyx Biosciences

Eli Lilly and Company has agreed to purchase Ventyx Biosciences, Inc. in an all-cash transaction for $14 per share, worth a total of approximately $1.2 billion. The companies expect the deal to close in the first half of 2026. Eli Lilly is traded on the New York Stock Exchange, while Ventyx is traded on the NASDAQ.
