M&A - SoftBank Group - DigitalBridge Group

Toyko-based SoftBank Group agreed to acquire Boca Raton, Florida-based DigitalBridge Group for a total enterprise value of about $4 billion. Digital Bridge, an alternative asset manager that invests in digital infrastructure, is traded on the New York Stock Exchange. SoftBank, an investment holding company with stakes in AI, smart robotics, IoT, telecommunications, internet services and clean energy technology providers, is traded on the Toyko Stock Exchange. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
