Technology - 4Chan - UK Ofcom - US litigation on the jurisdiction of regulation

4Chan Community Support, LLC sued the United Kingdom's regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries, Ofcom, in US federal court. 4Chan said the UK regulator did not have jurisdiction to enforce the UK Online Safety Act against the US-based company.
