M&A - Rayonier- PotlatchDelti

Rayonier and PotlatchDelti have agreed to combine in an all-stock merger that will create a leading domestic land resources owner and lumber manufacturer. Rayonier shareholders will own approximately 54 percent and PotlatchDeltic shareholders will own approximately 46 percent of the combined company. Rayonier is traded on the New York Stock Exchange, while PotlatchDeltic is traded on the Nasdaq. The transaction is expected to close in late first quarter or early second quarter of 2026.
