Artificial Intelligence - Air AI - Federal Trade Commission - Litigation over allegedly deceptive agentic AI claims (US)

The US Federal Trade Commission has sued Air AI Technologies in a federal court in Arizona, saying the company has made deceptive "AI washing" claims about the capabilities of its AI systems, including its use of agentic AI. The FTC said the company has used those claims to bilk consumers out of at least $19 million.
