Intellectual Property - Antitrust - Infosys - Cognizant's trade secret litigation over software products (US)

Software developer Cognizant TriZetto accused tech company Infosys in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas of entering into non-disclosure and access agreements to steal TriZetto’s trade secrets and build competitive software products. Infosys filed counterclaims accusing Cognizant of leveraging monopoly power to obstruct competition against its healthcare platform, Helix.
