Fox Corporation and Fox News Channel face US antitrust claims brought by Newsmax Broadcasting, which alleges the defendant used its significant market power in the market for right-leaning pay TV news to impose exclusionary contract terms on distributors, coercing them into not carrying, or otherwise marginalizing competing right-leaning channels.
