Artificial Intelligence - OpenAI - Hunt - litigation over safety commitments (US)

OpenAI is facing a federal lawsuit in Hawaii filed by resident Tamlyn Hunt claiming that the AI company's programs pose an "imminent and potentially irreversible" risk to residents' safety. Hunt has asked the court to enjoin OpenAI from making its products available in Hawaii.
