Antitrust - Cisco - Summit 360 litigation over alleged monopolization of computer networking market (US)
Summit 360 filed a US complaint accusing Cisco of illegally monopolizing the market for computer networking. According to the complaint, Cisco’s go-to anticompetitive tactics, institutionalized within the company, include the use of fear, uncertainty, and doubt—a term that Cisco and its employees have frequently used—towards its own customers and their purchase of any product or service through channels that Cisco does not approve.
