M&A - Acuren - NV5 Global

Tomball, Texas-based Acuren has agreed to acquire Hollywood, Florida-based NV5 Global for about $1.7 billion. The merger will create one of the largest Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance and Engineering Services firms. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
