M&A - Tim - Telefônica - Amends into network sharing agreements

TIM and Telefônica, operating as Vivo in Brazil, have submitted to the Brazilian competition authority to review two new amendments to their existing network sharing agreements. These agreements, initially approved by CADE in 2019, involve the sharing of 2G network elements across select municipalities and the joint expansion and consolidation of 3G and 4G networks in smaller cities.
