Trade - Energy & Climate - Omnibus regulation to reduce due-diligence reporting duties (EU)

The EU's sustainability reporting obligations, outlined in three flagship Green Deal laws — the Taxonomy Regulation, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive — will be streamlined through an 'omnibus' regulation. This new law aims to consolidate data points required from EU companies and reduce the administrative burden created by recent legislation.
