Intellectual Property - Pennsylvania State University sues Vintage Brand for using trademark on apparel

Pennsylvania State University has filed a lawsuit against Vintage Brand for unauthorized use of its trademarks on apparel and merchandise. The university accused the company of trademark infringement, counterfeiting, and unfair competition. Penn State is seeking monetary damages, including profits earned by Vintage Brand through the unauthorized use of its trademarks, statutory damages for trademark counterfeiting, and injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized use of its intellectual property.
