Intellectual Property - Qualcomm pursues litigation against EPO for court costs (EU)

Qualcomm has filed an appeal against a decision made by the European Patent Office. After the EPO rectified its decision according to Qualcomm’s requests, Qualcomm decided to file a complaint at the UPC’s Paris Local Division to be remunerated for the costs incurred in the proceedings.
