Intellectual Property – ParTec AG vs. Nvidia – Patent infringement dispute at UPC (EU)

ParTec AG, a German AI supercomputing company, has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Nvidia Corporation at the Unified Patent Court’s Local Division in Munich, accusing Nvidia of infringing on their European Patent 2,628,080 and European Patent 3,743,812 related to high-performance AI supercomputing technology.
