Data Privacy & Security - Florida - Litigation against state age restrictions for access to social media platforms (US)

The Computer & Communications Industry Association and NetChoice filed a US lawsuit challenging a Florida law that places age restrictions on access to social media accounts. The complaint said that the law restricts users’ access to lawful content that is protected by the First Amendment, seeking an injunction.
