Regulation - Facebook - Twitter - YouTube - Trump's litigation over suspension (US)

Former US President Donald Trump launched putative class actions against Facebook, Twitter and YouTube alleging violations of the First Amendment following Trump's suspension from social media. The complaints, filed in the Southern District of Florida, allege the social media companies' suspensions of Trump and putative class members is a "prior restraint on their First Amendment right to free speech."
