Artificial Intelligence - AI Act - Code of practice (EU)

The EU’s AI Act introduces the first rules for providers of general-purpose AI models such as OpenAI, Google, Meta Platforms and Mistral AI. To ease compliance, the law envisages a code of practice that will provide a presumption of conformity with the legal requirements to the AI companies that decide to adhere to it. The code is an interim measure until recognized technical standards are in place.
