Financial Crime - Vatican case - UK High Court to decide on Vatican’s ‘trial of the century’ (UK)

The UK High Court is expected to decide after the summer whether a British-Italian financier, Raffaele Mincione, acted in good faith when he managed the Vatican’s finances between 2012 and 2018. The Vatican sentenced Mincione to five years and a half of prison, arguing it was duped into overpaying for a property located in Chelsea, London.
