Financial Crime - Nader al-Naji, BitCloud - fraud (US)

Nader Al-Naji, the founder and creator of the BitClout cryptocurrency token, allegedly defrauded a purchaser by making false and misleading representations disclaiming control over the use of the investment funds. Al-Naji was charged with a count of wire fraud and was sued by the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
