Tesla has been sued in a proposed class action in a US district court over its promotion of its advanced driver assistance systems known as Autopilot and Full Self-Driving. The lawsuit accuses Tesla of being deceptive and misleading in its marketing and failing to deliver what Chief Executive Elon Musk promised in relation to self-driving technology.
