Intellectual Property - patents - Intel defends findings that Qualcomm patent is obvious
An inter partes review, or IPR, by the US Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board of a Qualcomm Inc. patent is before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for a second time. Titled “Power Tracker For Multiple Transmit Signals Sent Simultaneously,” various claims of US patent No. 9,608,675 were canceled by the board as obvious.
