Dolby Laboratories won its appeal against a decision by the South Korean antitrust agency over its alleged abuse of superior-bargaining power against a South Korean digital-broadcasting device maker. The Seoul High Court overturned the 2021 antitrust decision that imposed a fine of 270 million won ($224,000) and corrective orders on the global audio-tech giant.
