PlayStation users and developers are suing Sony for allegedly harming competition and charging high retail prices and commissions. The competition-law case has been filed in the Federal Court of Australia — casefile number: NSD1579/2023. The lead claimant in the case is listed as Jordan Kym Sinclair.
