Antitrust - Apple - iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) - ZAW (Germany)

Apple is facing an investigation from Germany's competition authority, for preferencing its own services over those of other app developers through its App Tracking Transparency rules. The probe is being conducted under new German legislation that targets digital companies of "paramount significance," and under traditional EU competition law.
