Intellectual Property - BWB - Alibaba - Patent infringement litigation over e-commerce customs system (Japan, US, South Korea)

Japanese patent management company BWB is suing Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba and its affiliates for patent infringement in Japan, US and South Korea. BWB claims that Alibaba is infringing on BWB's e-commerce technology systems patents that facilitate customs registration. Alibaba in turn has filed for BWB's patent to be invalidated to the Japan Patent Office.
