Antidumping - steel wire ropes - India

Steel cable manufacturer Usha Martin has appealed against an antidumping proceeding concerning imports of steel wire ropes and cables originating in India, saying the commission and council 'committed a manifest error in law and misused their powers, by withdrawing on non-material grounds the acceptance of the applicant's undertaking.
