Corruption - Unaoil - SFO investigation into allegations of oil-industry bribery (UK)

An investigation by Nine Media and the Huffington Post claims to have unveiled widespread bribery within the oil industry, allegedly involving several multinational corporations. Monaco-based oil consultancy Unaoil is alleged to be at the hub of a system responsible for organizing bribes, on behalf of companies, for oil contracts all over the world. The UK's Serious Fraud Office is investigating the allegations, and has charged a number of individuals and Unaoil companies in connection with some of the claims.
