Antitrust - Amgen - Regeneron's litigation over alleged monopolization of market for cholesterol-reducing medication (US)

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is accusing Amgen of illegally trying to keep Regeneron’s cholesterol-reducing medication Praluent off-market to keep it from competing with Amgen’s own drug, Repatha,  by enforcing overbroad patents covering millions of biologic compounds, known as antibodies.
