Corruption - Amec Foster Wheeler - SFO - bribery (UK)

The UK Serious Fraud Office is investigating allegations of bribery and corruption involving British oil services company Amec Foster Wheeler. The investigation is linked to the agency's probe into Monaco-based oil services company Unaoil. Amec has provided information about its relationship with Unaoil to the SFO, the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the US Department of Justice.
