Antitrust - Walt Disney - Fox - Warner Bros. - FuboTV's litigation over joint sports streaming venture (US)

FuboTV filed a US antitrust lawsuit against the Walt Disney Co., Fox, Warner Bros., Discovery and their affiliates, alleging that the media companies have engaged in a years-long campaign to block Fubo’s sports-first streaming business resulting in significant harm to both Fubo and consumers. The complaint seeks to enjoin the forthcoming launch of a sports-streaming joint venture among the companies.
