Corruption - Fuji Xerox Australia - EY - Legal action over accounting irregularities (Australia)

Fuji Xerox Australia is currently suing Ernst & Young over its failure to spot accounting irregularities at the unit of the Japanese office-equipment maker. The company is also jointly suing former senior managing director, Neil Whittaker, former CFO, Devlin Bell, and EY partner E. A. Lang. EY and the individuals deny any wrongdoing.
