M&A - Walt Disney - Fox - Warner Bros Discovery - joint venture - sports streaming

Walt Disney Co. subsidiary ESPN, Fox Corp. and Warner Bros. Discovery plan to take part in a joint venture, creating a sports streaming application, subscription service and broadcast platform. Access to this service could be purchased either on a standalone basis or as part of a bundle alongside other streaming services such as Disney+, Hulu and Max, and the companies plan to launch the product in fall 2024.
