M&A - Alderson Logistics - Enforcement alleging failure to notify acquisition (New Zealand)

New Zealand’s animal bedding company Alderson Logistics Limited is facing financial penalties and potential divestment orders for completing the acquisition of rival businesses — Supa Shavings and Mooreys — without notifying the competition regulator.
