IT litigation - Associated Press - Meltwater

In a lawsuit filed in New York, the Associated Press accuses online clipping service Meltwater of violating its copyright, saying Meltwater "has built its business on the willful exploitation and copying of the AP's and other publishers' news articles for profit." The case will explore the limits of the 'fair use' doctrine in U.S. copyright law by internet search engines.
