M&A - Amazon - Legal action over Reliance Industries' acquisition of Future Group assets (India)

Amazon is challenging Reliance Industries' acquisition of retail assets belonging to Future Group, following its acquisition of a 49 percent stake in Future Coupons. Meanwhile, the Competition Commission of India has suspended its approval granted to Amazon in the 2019 Future Coupons acquisition.
