M&A - Dell - EMC

Computer technology company Dell and private-equity firm Silver Lake offered to buy data storage provider EMC for approximately $67 billion. The deal is expected to close between May and October of 2016, and requires approval from the Korea Fair Trade Commission, as well as regulators in other jurisdictions. EMC shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
