IP litigation - Google - Eolas - The Regents of the University of California

Google has filed a complaint against Eolas Technologies and The Regents of the University of California seeking declaratory judgment of non-infringement regarding the ‘507 patent, which they received by transfer from Eolas. Google argues the interactive web patent is related to patents that were already invalidated by a federal jury in the Eastern District of Texas.
