Antitrust - Booking.com - Expedia - Trip.com - Review of price-parity clauses (Hong Kong)

Hong Kong's Competition Commission accepted commitments made by Expedia, Booking.com and Trip.com to remove wide parity clauses with local hotels and other lodging operators, which the regulator considered to be potentially anticompetitive and hindering new market players, following an investigation.
