Artificial Intelligence - Anthropic - Music publishers copyright litigation over AI chatbot (US)

Universal Music, Concord Music Group, and ABKCO Music filed a US complaint accusing Anthropic of copyright infringement through the development and operation of its artificial intelligence models. According to the music publishers, Anthropic’s chatbot generates identical or nearly identical copies of lyrics it's “copied and ingested” to users when prompted.
