Trade - Integrated chipsets intellectual property violations - NXP - MediaTek, Amazon, Belkin International, Linksys (US)

NXP Semiconductors NV and NXP USA have filed a complaint against MediaTek at the US International Trade Commission for allegedly exporting goods that infringed patents for integrated circuits, chipsets, and electronic devices, and products containing the same the components under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The complaint also targets  Amazon, Belkin International, and Linksys for selling downstream electronic devices containing the infringing components.
