Broadcom - BMW - Harman Becker Automotive Systems complaint over alleged chip exclusivity (US)

Harman Becker Automotive Systems claims in a lawsuit filed in New York state court that Broadcom and BMW entered into an exclusive chip supply agreement which required Harman to only use Broadcom's chips for BMW car parts. Harman is alleging unfair business practices, tortious interference with contract, and a breach of contract on the part of Broadcom's supplier, Avnet.
