Financial Crime - Frank Han - Pfizer - termination over FCPA violations discovery (US)

A former director of global compliance analytics at Pfizer, Frank Han, filed a civil complaint against the company, arguing that he was terminated over his discovery of alleged US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues in China. The complaint argues that Han discovered Pfizer spent more than 10 times the amount of money on potentially influential government officials in China than in any other country.
