Regulation - Facebook - Giphy - Reddit - Litigation over right of publicity (US)

A Pennsylvania resident filed a complaint against Facebook, Imgur, Reddit, and Giphy accusing them of violating her right of publicity. The complaint alleges that the companies have featured a picture of her taken by a security camera without her knowledge, violating Pennsylvania’s “Right of Publicity” statute.
