US investigations - Federal Contract Compliance Program

Under US labor, employers, such as financial institutions or publicly traded companies, who do business as federal contractors must comply with a variety of labor, wage and other laws and regulations, including those related to various forms of discrimination. Alleged violators may be investigated and sanctioned by the US Department of Labor's Office of Fedearl Contract Compliance Program.
