M&A - Xinjufeng - JSH Venture - Greatview stake

Chinese packaging-materials supplier Shandong Xinjufeng Technology Packaging announced in January 2023 its plan to buy a 28.22 percent stake in rival Greatview Aseptic Packaging from JSH Venture, a unit of Asian conglomerate Jardine Matheson. Greatview directors strongly oppose the transaction due to concerns among its top customers.
